I charge a 40% cancellation fee for any no-show or cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Booking Policy – Please Read Carefully 🔸 Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are valid only for the originally booked appointment and cannot be transferred to another date. 🔸 No-call, no-shows will be blocked from future bookings. 🔸 Late Policy: A 5-minute grace period is allowed. After 5 minutes, a $30 late fee applies. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be automatically canceled. 🔸 Preparation Requirements: Please arrive with your face washed, moisturized, and brows groomed (waxed, tweezed, etc.).
